BYSA meets once each month to discuss and plan BYSA business. The meetings are generally on the second Monday of each month and start at 7:00pm.  However, due to holidays and meeting room conflicts, sometimes the meetings have to be moved.  The next meeting date and time are shown above.

The downloadable files on the BYSA web site are in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel format.  You will need either those programs or MS Word Viewer and MS Excel Viewer to view these formats.

Microsft Word and Microsoft Excel are sold separately or bundled with Microsoft Office 97/2000/XP.

MS Word Viewer and MS Excel Viewer are freely available from from Microsoft's Download Center.  The viewers will allow you to read and print MS Word and MS Excel documents, but not create or edit them.
